Warehousing
The physical storage of assets such as film is a studio’s vital link to its legacy. Deluxe Film Services facilities store and manage millions of unique items including film and other theatrical material, such as one sheets, quads, standees, banners, merchandise and trailers.
Print Management
Deluxe Film Services manage the effective receipt, preparation, distribution, return and Storage of 35mm, 70mm, IMAX and Digital drives and offer an end to end service from Laboratories to cinemas in the UK and Eire and back again.
All of this is comprehensively tracked through our unique online systems, giving the client real time information of inventories, copy history, order progress, late returns, early returns, copy notes, cross overs and junking certificates.
In this ever-demanding world, route planning and scheduling is key to maximise resources and keeping costs to a minimum, and at Deluxe Film Services we have extensive experience and capabilities to ensure this happens.
Our four strategically based secure FACT accredited sites in the UK and Eire are fully equipped and manned to cater for specific campaigns, secure releases, and ad-hoc projects with a clear uncomplicated and effective Account Management structure. All sites are maintained to the exacting standards of Accreditation by FACT and also to exceed the standards required by other local bodies (HSE) and major Hollywood studio audits.
