Delivery in Digital Cinema doesn’t stop with the creation of the DCP and it doesn’t stop when the film is on the screen; it only stops when the audience leave the theatre.
This is why our resource for both UK and International Digital Cinema service, distribution and delivery is the largest and most sophisticated in Europe. Our whole operation is geared towards 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Whether huge International feature film releases, UK Independent releases or retrospective archive features we are scaled to deliver in terms of capacity and turn around time.
Highly skilled specialist teams
At Deluxe Digital London we operate specialised servicing teams, including management through to Key Management and trusted device database teams. This ensures that every aspect of the digital distribution process is covered with the appropriate skill sets.
Cloning
Our comprehensive cloning and validation operation allows 140 Digital Cinema clones to be created and validated simultaneously, the largest capacity in Europe.
KDM (Key Delivery Message) and Query Hotline
We operate a full 24 hour, seven day a week KDM and Digital Cinema Hotline for our central London office. The hotline is manned by our skilled staff who are able to deal with all queries, from a problem key to a problem drive, and are able to diagnose and resolve. Within this service we also operate a full translation service meaning whatever time, whatever language, we’re available.
3D Full Service Offering
DDL operate mastering and projection systems for all 3D solutions (Including: Real D; Dolby; XPand; Master Image). We have delivered major feature films in the UK and internationally for all the major studios.
